On behalf of Credit Unions for Kids, we invite you to join the credit union community in a special holiday icon campaign (November 1-December 31) benefitting the kids treated at your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital.
As the country continues to struggle with a recession that has led to widespread unemployment and the loss of health insurance for families across the country, children’s hospitals continue to serve as a beacon of hope. When faced with the crisis of a sick child, families turn to their local children’s hospital, which treats kids with every imaginable illness and injury regardless of the family’s ability to pay.
Since 1996, America’s credit unions have raised over $80 million for children’s hospitals helping to fund everything from research to the construction of facilities critical to the care of our children.

You’ll see that Children’s Miracle Network has provided a turnkey, no cost fund raising program that allows you flexibility in choosing the campaign that works best for your credit union. If it’s a football-themed promotion, you can choose a football icon; if you’d rather do something for Thanksgiving, you can select the turkey icon; or if it’s a holiday campaign, you have the choice of a snowman, snowflake or light icon.
